Taq polymerase

Taq polymerase is a heat-stable enzyme commonly used in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify DNA. Our Taq has been customized for use In RT-PCR reactions. Available in 2 U/µl and 5U/µl concentrations.

UNG (uracil-DNA glycosylase)

UNG (uracil-DNA glycosylase) for use in various molecular biology techniques, such as PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and qPCR (quantitative PCR), to prevent carryover contamination of DNA samples with previously amplified DNA products.

BST (Bst DNA polymerase)

BST (Bst DNA polymerase) is a thermostable DNA polymerase enzyme that is commonly used in isothermal amplification techniques such as loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and strand displacement amplification (SDA). BST is able to amplify DNA at a constant temperature, typically around 60-65°C.

Our PFU is well suited for DNA amplification by PCR ormutagenesis, such as cloning, gene expression analysis, and site-directed mutagenesis due to Its High fidelity which ensures low error rates.

T7 ligase

Our optimized T7 ligase is suitable to create recombinant DNA molecules, such as plasmids, by ligating a DNA insert into a vector backbone. It can also be used to join synthetic oligonucleotides or repair single-stranded nicks or gaps in double-stranded DNA.
